Click and Collect

Click and Collect is available from our Westoe Road store. Simply add the products to your basket and select the date and time you would like to collect. Once your purchase is complete, you order will be processed by our store. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Please bring give your Order Number of Full Name when collecting your items in store.

Please Note: Click and Collect orders are prepared and packaged to be collected on your selected date. If you fail to collect your order we cannot be held responsible for replacing any items in your order.

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is available for certain post codes within range of our Westoe Road. If your post code is eligible, then this option will present during checkout.
A minimum £15 spend applies for Local Delivery and order values under this amount will not present Local Delivery option.

We aim to deliver all Local Deliveries within an hour and our team will send you a notification when your order is out for delivery. You can also schedule your Local Delivery by selecting a date and time during checkout.

Please note: Our delivery team will only attempt your local delivery once. If delivery fails at the delivery address then your order will be returned to store and you will need to collect it from our store. We cannot leave your items with a neighbour unless fully agreed between yourself and the store.

Courier Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK and Ireland with our Courier Partner DPD.

Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next working day.

DPD will email or text with your estimated 1 hour arrival time for delivery to your chosen address. You can also change your delivery to a DPD Pick Up Store using the DPD App.

Delivery and Collection Times

We aim to pack and distribute all orders placed before 2pm on the Same Day. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be delivered the next working day.
